Hello All! It’s been a couple of months since my last post but so much has transpired over these past few weeks. I hope you enjoy the post below and can apply it to your life. Take care!

It’s not until we stop doing something that we realize how much it affects our daily lives.
I gave up Facebook and Twitter for Lent. At the time, my life revolved around social media so that was a big sacrifice. By the time Lent was over, I felt at peace. I no longer worry about what so-and-so said or what so-and-so did, or how they did it, and why they did it.
I was even able to see who really valued my friendship and whose friendships I valued. Social networks makes it easier for us to develop new relationships and keep existing relationships with people but how many of them actually have substance? How many of them would continue to flourish without the internet? As expected, many of those “friendships” dissolved quickly.
I have began to Facebook and tweet again but it’s still a huge difference in my usage. I think it’s interesting how much energy we put into things that keep us busy and provide temporary satisfaction. I’m pushing myself to focus on what’s important and what will benefit me in the long run.
I challenge you to do less of something you are “addicted to” and more of something you need to do to better yourself in the long run.
Wholistic Ash.
Remember, less is more.
Absolutely!! My life now involves investing in things and people who wil enhance my life NOT subtract from me!!
Exactly!
